Welcome to the Hudson Apartments Construction Update. We will be giving you monthly updates throughout the construction process on how the Hudson is progressing so please stay tuned.

Following the demolition period Crema Constructions have been able to move on-site this week to begin construction works.

Stage 1 of construction involves clearing and benching the site followed by drilling 15 metre deep piles around the perimeter boundary of the site in order to provide protection to the surrounding properties throughout the excavation. The piles and subsequent ground anchoring allow the excavators to remove around 2,600 tonnes (1,300 cubic metres) of soil from the site to make way for Hudson's 3-basement car park.
