With Christmas fast approaching, the construction team has been working very hard to progress the site as much as possible prior to the annual industry shut down. Work is now officially 'out of the ground' with the level 1 slab (Riversdale Road street level) completely poured.

As we progress into the New Year, the structure is on track to be completed around April 2012 allowing for the building to come to lock up stage, and the finishes team to move in a fit off all of the apartments.
